Where is our rental business?
Our rental business is a part of our dealership in Sandefjord Norway. Our shop is in Sandefjord, appr 120 km south of Oslo, the capital of Norway. We don’t have any subsidiaries in other part of Norway, and for this reason the bikes must be picked up and returned at our dealership in Sandefjord.
Sandefjord is a medium sized Norwegian city, with a long shipping history. Read more about Sandefjord.
What is for rent?
For this summer we only have BMW in our rental park, from 800/850 GS(A), and R 1250 GS(A).
How to get here?
To get here, fly to Oslo airport Gardermoen, (OSL). There is a train service every hour directly to Sandefjord. (appr. 2 hrs train ride).
Alternatively, you can fly to Sandefjord Airport Torp, (TRF), and a 10-minute taxi ride. There are several Airlines flying to/from Sandefjord Airport Torp, among them SAS, KLM, Wideroe, Norwegian, Ryan Air and several other airlines. Torp is often referred to as “Oslo Airport Torp” and the abbreviation on the ticket is “TRF”.
Travelling in the area:
Sandefjord is an ideal start for travelling in the main part of Norway, for a week going Northwest, West or South. Lots of beautiful roads and areas to explore.
Vestfold/Telemark (our County) and especially Telemark is a very nice area for Motorcycle riding,
We have a cooperation with “The historical Hotels” in Norway. In cooperation with some of their hotels we have developed the concept “Hubriding”, starting with Straand Hotel in Telemark – located in the middle of the best Motorcycle district in Norway.
Check out Straand Hotel, and their offer, the inventor of the concept Hubriding in Norway: https://straand.no/en/ and https://hubriding.no/en/straand/. Or with our cooperating Hotel group, The Historical Hotels in Norway; https://hubriding.no/en/
